Disputes

With respect to any dispute regarding giddieskin.com, all rights and obligations and all actions contemplated by these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Minnesota, as if the Terms and Conditions were a contract wholly entered into and wholly performed within. The parties agree to share equally in the arbitration costs incurred.

Giddie Skin Med Spa owns and operates the Site, www.giddieskin.com, from its office in Mankato, MN and for use in the United States only. Site visitors outside of the United States who choose to access the Site and use its contents in any way are responsible for compliancy within their own legal jurisdictions. Giddie Skin Med Spa and giddieskin.com shall remain free of any liability connected to international visitors using this Site and/or any information contained therein.

Cancelation Policy

In an effort to remain timely with our patient flow and allow for optimal client access, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

• If a client has 2 no shows less than 24 hour cancellations they will be required to pay a $50 deposit at the time of booking an appointment. The deposit will be credited to the services rendered. In the event of a no show or cancellation less than 24 hours the deposit will NOT be refunded.

• Appointment times are reserved especially for you. Please be mindful of this if you are unable to keep your appointment. Providing us with a 24 business hour notice will help make this appointment available to another patient.

You will be reminded of these at the time of scheduling.

We understand that unplanned issues can come up and you may need to cancel an appointment. Unfortunately, it has been our experience that most of the time un-kept appointments are not due to emergencies. We have experienced an increase in patients and their time as well as our is very valuable. As a courtesy, we confirm appointments via email and text a couple days prior to scheduled appointments. When a patient does not show up for a schedule appointment, another patient loses the opportunity to be seen.
