returns & exchanges

We are happy to exchange any merchandise that is defective, damaged or unused. 

If you will need to exchange your product, please review the information below. 

• We accept exchanges on items purchased on giddieskin.com only up to 14 days after the original purchase.  

• If there is a difference in cost with the exchange, one of our customer service representatives may reach out to you for further information.  

• You will be responsible for the return shipping & handling charges, which will not be refunded.

Please Note:  Empty containers cannot be accepted for an exchange.

Damaged Products Policy

If you receive an item that is broken or damaged, you may contact customer service within 14 days for a replacement.  Items will not be replaced after 14 days.
